Zeeën supports user control over personal data, including full account deletion.

How to Delete Your Zeeën Account

Use the form below to request deletion of your Zeeën account and associated profile data. To protect your account, we send a confirmation email to the address registered on it before anything is deleted — for Apple sign-ups this is a private relay address that forwards to your inbox.

Delete your account

This form starts your Zeeën account-deletion request. To protect your account, we'll email a confirmation to the address registered on it before anything is deleted.

What Happens After Request

  • We review your request and send a confirmation email to the address registered on your account
  • Once you confirm, your profile and social links are scheduled for permanent removal
  • Your account is then deleted and no longer visible to other users

Deletion Timelines

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of your confirmation.

In some cases deletion may take longer where legal compliance or active legal hold applies.

Limited technical logs may be retained temporarily for security and fraud prevention, then removed or de-identified.

Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription through Apple, billing and cancellation are managed by Apple. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions.

If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, billing and cancellation are managed by Google. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions. Manage your subscription in your Google account settings.
