Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeeën website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Zeeën app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA will apply solely to the extent required.

About Zeeën

Zeeën is a proximity-based social discovery platform that lets users see profiles of other users who were nearby within a limited time window, based on user settings and consent.

Zeeën does not:

• Provide in-app messaging
• Display live map pins of users
• Display exact GPS coordinates to other users as part of the core user experience

Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zeeën.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 16 and can enter these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for account accuracy, credential security, and activity under your account.

You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use and Community Standards

You must comply with:

• These Terms
• Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use)
• Community Guidelines (/community-guidelines)

You must not use Zeeën to harass, stalk, impersonate, scam, distribute illegal content, or evade bans.

Safety Tools and Reporting

Zeeën provides block and report tools. You agree to use these tools responsibly and provide truthful report information.

Off-Platform Interactions

Zeeën does not host messaging. If you choose to interact on third-party platforms after discovery on Zeeën, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

User Content and Profile Information

By uploading content (for example profile name, photo, social links), you grant Zeeën a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the rights to content you upload. You must maintain at least one active social link on your profile.

Promotional Use of Content and Interface Recordings

By uploading, displaying, or making content available on Zeeën, including your profile name, profile photo, bio, social links, and other profile content, you grant Zeeën a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, promoting, marketing, and advertising Zeeën and its services.

This includes the right to create and use screenshots, screen recordings, product demonstrations, promotional videos, advertisements, mockups, investor materials, press materials, and editorial materials that may include portions of the Zeeën interface and user profile content.

If you delete your account or specific content, Zeeën will cease new promotional uses of that content within a reasonable period. However, copies may persist in materials already published or distributed, including advertisements already placed, press materials already published, or investor materials already shared.

Zeeën will not sell your personal data to third parties.

Enforcement and Termination

If you violate Terms or policies, Zeeën may issue warnings, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, apply device bans, or refer matters to authorities where required by law.

You can request account deletion by submitting a support ticket through our help centre. Details are available at /data-deletion.

Paid Features and In-App Purchases

If Zeeën offers paid digital features in iOS, purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase unless an approved exception applies. Subscription billing/cancellation is managed through Apple account settings.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, where permitted by law.

Disclaimers

Zeeën reflects moments of proximity between users who choose to be visible. Zeeën does not verify user identity, behaviour, or intent and does not guarantee social outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeeën is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zeeën against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes are under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
