Submitting a Request

Requests should include:

• Requesting authority and officer contact details
• Legal basis (for example warrant, court order, subpoena)
• Specific account identifiers and requested timeframe
• Urgency and safety context where applicable

Emergency Requests

If there is imminent risk of serious harm, include emergency details and reason standard process cannot be followed.

Data Preservation

Zeeën may preserve data for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, or platform integrity.
